Right of withdrawal
You are entitled to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period lasts for fourteen days from the date on, when you or a third party authorized by you, who is not the carrier, received the shipment.
To execute your right of cancellation, you have to contact us (DELFA Gustav Dietrich GmbH + Co. KG, Robert-Bosch-Straße 29, 64625 Bensheim, service@delfa-schuhspanner.de, Fon: 0049 6521 1036966, Telefax 0049 6251 1036962) and inform us by means of a clear statement (eg. by post mail, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can as well use the attached withdrawal-form, however this is not mandatory.
In order to preserve the cancellation period it is su cient for you to send the message about your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline.
Eff ects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we refund all the payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of probably additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a more expensive type type of delivery or other than that standard delivery o ered by us) immediately, that means at the latest within fourteen days from the date on when we received the notice of your cancellation of this with us. For this repayment, we use the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise. In no case you will be charged separately for this repayment.
We collect the goods.
We will bear the cost of returning the goods.
You only need to pay for any loss of value of the goods, if the loss of value is due to a not necessary or considered examination of the nature, characteristics or functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of withdrawal
The right of withdrawl does not include any contract based on goods which are not prefabricated and/or a product which is based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer, also not a good that is clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Premature lapse of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawl does prematurely lapse on contracts which are based on sealed goods and such are unsuitable to return for reasons of health or hygienics
and/or on goods which are returned with its seal broken or removed.
The right of withdrawl is based on german law.
