Caution - these shoe trees are B-Stock items, but fitfor purpose.
The shoe tree is made of natural wood with a double telescopic spring for perfecttension. The shaped heel part preserves the shoe and avoids pressure marks.
The front part issplit and has another spring, so it adjusts optimally to the shoe front andavoids creases. The shoe is kept in its original shape for a longer lifetime.
The ledge isfinished with a mahogany coloured varnish.
Note: The shoe treescome out of a nonconforming production batch. Knotholes, however, do not belongto the flaws as they are characteristic for natural wood.
The flaws do not limit the originalfunctioning.
Typical flaws(please also see the fotos):
- the varnish isnot even
- the drill holes are a bit out of alignment and some are frayed
- visible drying cracks on the surface
- visible brush marks
