product description

1 piece of shoe stretcher made of natural cedar wood with stable 2-waymechanism made of metal, which can widen the front and lengthen the shoe in onego.

The extender is shaped straight (not paired), so you can widen both theright and the left shoe with it. It fits in almost all shoes without a shaftand with a flat heel.

With the shoe stretcher and the 4 different sizes of the included buttons, you can selectively widen the front of your shoe at the point that presses onthe foot. If the shoe presses at several points, you can also use several padsat the relevant pressure points.

The shoe expander is made of wood of the Red Cedar. The tree grows mainlyin sustainable reforestation in North America. Even if the Red Cedar tree isnot a real cedar tree, it has all the important advantages - the reddish colourcombined with the scent of the essential oil. The natural wood is not varnishedor otherwise treated.

If you find knotholes or small cracks from the drying phase, this is only aproof of the naturalness and has no influence on the properties of the shoestretcher. If there is a white coating on the tensioner, it is not mould. Theessential oil can crystallize and emerge from the large-pore wood. This can beeasily removed with a cloth or fine sandpaper. Enjoy the fragrance that arises.

Insert the stretcher into your shoe. Turn the handle clockwise, the front partspreads. The handle with the metal rod remains outside the shoe and is notpressed into the shoe like a shoe tree.

To stretch in length, fit the wooden wedge into the heel cap and carefullyturn the tension with the silver, knurled screw.

Let the shoe rest with the shoe stretcher for 24 to 48 hours. You couldalso widen the shoe bit by bit, i.e. not stretch it to the desired destinationthe first time, but turn the tensioner a little bit every few hours. So yougive the shoe or the leather the time it takes to get used to the new size.

Do not overtighten the stretcher, as the upper leather of your shoe, butalso the mechanics, could be damaged.

With the shoe stretcher you can achieve a quick andnoticeable success - you may even be able to "save" the last bad buy.
